The competition is a celebration of the funniest wildlife photography from the UK and the rest of the world. With just under 9,000 entries from 98 countries, the judges had a challenge on their hands narrowing down a shortlist. But they did it! The winners will be announced on 10 December.
Expect nose-diving red squirrels, Pavarotti-impersonating owls, a curious ant, and many more spectacular – and very funny – photos.
