Sarah Hardy
Sarah Hardy is a trained, qualified and experienced journalist. She is a specialist food, travel and feature writer who worked for more than 20 years at Eastern Counties Newspapers (now Archant) where she became head of features for 10 years. She was also the launch writer on EDP Norfolk, a county-wide monthly lifestyle magazine. She edited another East Anglian monthly lifestyle magazine called Places&Faces before setting up her own food and drink magazine, Feast, which covered the whole farm to fork, plate to plate journey in the region. After six years, she is now enjoying a little more freedom to explore the Norfolk countryside, especially its coastline, and writing for a variety of local and national magazines.
