Fans of the historical TV drama Belgravia finally have a UK release date for its sequel, Belgravia: The Next Chapter.
When is Belgravia: The Next Chapter available to watch in UK?
After being broadcast in the US last year, all eight episodes of Belgravia: The Next Chapter will be available on ITV's streaming platform ITVX from Sunday 9 March?
What is Belgravia: The Next Chapter about?
The sequel is a follow-up to the 2020 mini-series Belgravia, which was penned by Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes. Set in the London district of Belgravia in the 19th century, it followed the Trenchard family (and their peers) as the nouveau riche class started to emerge and socialise with the city's upper elite.
Belgravia: The Next Chapter is set 30 years later, with Helen Edmunson penning the series. We can't wait to catch up with the new Trenchard set, and to see whether it's just as entertaining and full of scandal as the original.
Where is Belgravia: The Next Chapter filmed?
Belgravia: The Next Chapter was filmed around London, the Home Counties and Edinburgh.
Edinburgh
As with the previous series, many of the exterior scenes in Belgravia: The Next Chapter were filmed in Edinburgh, which stood in for historical London.
Actor Sophie Winkleman was spotted filming for the programme in the West End of Edinburgh. Other locations included the New Town, with many scenes being filmed on Moray Place.

Hopetoun House
This country house was used as the Trenchard's Belgian home in the first series, so is likely to make an appearance in the second. Although it's set in Brussels in the programme, the house is actually near South Queensferry, Scotland.

Filming locations for Belgravia's first series include:
Basildon Park, Berkshire – Interiors were used as the setting for the Trenchard's London family home. It also appeared as Netherfield in the 2005 film adaptation of Pride and Prejudice.
West Wycombe House, Buckinghamshire – This country house was used for interior shots of the Duchess of Bedford’s London townhouse; filming for Downton Abbey has also taken place here.
Assembly Rooms, Bath – The high ceilings, opulent chandeliers and Georgian colour schemes of the Tea room and Octagon room made them ideal filming locations.
Hampton Court Palace, Richmond – One of Britain's finest Tudor buildings, the grounds of Hampton Court stood in for several London parks. Plenty of filming occurs here, including Bridgerton and Wolf Hall.
